The scope of services offered in any comparable quotation must be the same as that for which Gavel & Page Lawyers has quoted.
The guarantee relates to our professional fees quoted only and does not include Goods & Services Tax or disbursements. Disbursements may vary depending on individual circumstances and which are an additional price for every such transaction in NSW. Such disbursements are set by third party organisations and Gavel & Page Lawyers charges no premium or margin on these disbursements.
Any comparable quotation obtained must be delivered to Gavel & Page Lawyers no later than one week prior to your settlement date.
The comparable quotation must be produced for review and consideration by Gavel & Page Lawyers. No verbal representation of a comparable quotation will be accepted.
